And mayyybeeee you have all noticed my blog got a little makeover yesterday!? Well, it did and I think it is so much more ME now! Did I do this myself?? NO WAY! I’m not very computer literate haha.. so I saw that one of my Sweat Pink Sistas did design and asked her for her services! The lovely, Maren of Maren’s Morsels did the header, and social buttons for me! How fantastic are they!? If any of you other bloggers need some help sprucing your page up- talk to her! promise you will not regret it! 🙂
So let’s talk Health and Fitness for a little bit..i feel like that hasn’t been done much around these parts. Here’s what’s up recently.
I bought the Tone It Up Nutrition plan. It was expensive- but I did it best part is that when they update it- you get it too! I needed something new and something to help me try some different healthy foods that most importantly keep me eating clean. Now i’ve been doing well since I’ve really started to make an effort (but it’s so damn hard sometimes isn’t it??) to eat well and take care of myself but my meals were starting to be seriously boring and I have heard such fantastic things about their diet plan. I just needed a little motivation and change up in my life. I’m LOVING it so far! I can tell such a difference when I am making sure I am eating right all day! They even tell you tips on if you are going to “cheat” how to do it right 🙂 cause yes- we know we all slip up sometimes!
Fitness wise their main points are to make sure that you are getting up and working out in the morning to wake yourself up, and feel good the rest of the day. This is what they call the booty call! I’ve been doing it for the past few days and it has also been a great way to start my day! It doesn’t even have to be anything to crazy or hard..just a brisk walk if need be! Also you all know I love their DVD and it can also be a great thing to start the day with. Now sometimes it’s not possible when I work at 7am (i am so not getting up at 5am haha..i just don’t!) but I do it any time that I can. I’ve even been waking up to RUN!
I’m pretty excited about having their resources because I just needed a change with my eating! They also have an online community for members that can help when you are stuck! Oh and, let me tell you the recipes are AWESOME (even for me , someone who doesn’t LOVE some veggies) I will definitely let all of you know how having this motivation and resource goes for me.
Now to the good stuff: Okay, and cause this week is so great and I appreciate ALL of my readers so much, I am giving away an AWESOME BIC band which I love so much! I can be found sporting BIC bands 90% of the time cause of my fine hair and crazy fly-a-ways! They have a velvet backing so they seriously DO NOT SLIP. i’ve never found ANY that stayed in my head until these- it was love at first site!
