Let’s talk about how my plan is going.
If you remember my goals “togetreallyfrigginfast” were:
- Run 4x’s a week
- Yoga 2x’s a week
- Strength/Cross Train 3 x’s a week
Alright so..the yoga has been about once a week, but I’ve also been incorporating “Long and Lean Routine” from my Beach Babe DVD which i think is helping! So anyways, that counts right?
Running…eh probably 2-3 times a week..sometimes outside when the weather cooperates (which has not been much) and sometimes on the ARC trainer at work, which btw, KILLS. But anyways it’s crazy how easy you get out of running shape! I PROMISE I’LL DO BETTER.
Cycling has also taken precedence over running lately- not a bad thing for me either. It helps keep me injury free with the bad feet and a little bit of ITBS.
Strength and cross training– No problem- I probably do that mostly every day..it’s really hard for me to NOT do during any given day- its my favorite and usually is my main source of a good sweat session.
So yes, plans have not gone well…I think one problem with the running is not having a race to train for- but it’s so hard for me to plan ahead with my work schedule currently…But i think ill just set a date and take off- I need some motivation to get out and run lately.
That being said: I plan on running today- possibly after a bike ride, PROMISE!
