Beach Body Circuit

Happy Friday Everybody! As we all know- it’s almost May and that means we are closer and closer to beach and swimsuit season! So for you today I have a Beach Body circuit that can get you ready for that suit!

All you need are couple weights! If you complete this, let me know below! Give me some feedback!

I’m pretty excited for this weekend. I am going up to my college I graduated from and having a little reunion with my field hockey team!

We are playing in tournament as an alumni team and I’m extremely excited. It’s rare that I get to play field hockey anymore so getting together with my college BFF’s is the perfect thing to do this weekend. I think the weather is even supposed to be decent!

Also, I even get to spend some time with this guy!
