The Food Challenge List

I woke up in a mood that didn’t exactly scream that I want to get up and go to class at the gym. But then I made myself get up and convinced myself I would feel better after I started moving. I got to the gym to take HIIT class and was so glad I did. HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training and we did two exercises back together for 35 seconds and then 10 seconds of break. We had 12 exercises all together and then a “long” one minute break between 6 rounds! Woo just what I needed this morning. You’ll never regret that good workout! What are your favorite kind of workouts?
